TIP OF THE WEEK
Remove coffee stains and mineral buildup from the glass pot of an automatic coffeemaker by adding 1 cup crushed ice, 1 tablespoon of water, and 4 teaspoons of salt to the pot when it is at room temperature. Gently swirl the mixture, rinse, and wash as usual.
