Who Is The Whimsy?
The Whimsy was started in January 2013 by Karen Briscoe.
The Whimsy strives to create a vibrant, diverse collection of information and hopes to grow to add writers and blogger contributors from across the country. The site is overseen and edited by Brigid, who is also a contributor.
Where Should I Start?
There are many posts on The Whimsy, so jump right in! There are resources here for new gardeners or seasoned chefs-- tips, ideas, and techniques. There are recipes for simple food and fancy food, and tutorials and how-to's for every gardening style.
There is inspiration for those of us who are just starting out in life, and ideas for those who are looking for a change.
We try to focus on the tools that will last, examining and sharing the best information that we have to offer. We love talking about cooking, gardening, and life improvement.
And every day we bring you our thoughts and reflections, musings and short writings from a growing team of writers and bloggers. But these are only a starting point for your own experiences, our readers. We hope you join in the conversations we start here -- offering your own opinions, encouragements, and, maybe, the occasional post.
