Recipe: Olive Pesto
MAKE YOUR OWN PESTO

Ingredients
1 7oz. jar pitted kalamata olives, drained
1 7oz. jar pimento-stuffed Spanish olives, drained
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp balsamnic vinegar
1 tsp pepper
3 to 4 cloves of garlic
1 tsp smoked paprika

Preparation
In a food processor combine all ingredients and process until smooth. Stop occasionally to scrape sides down.
